We’ve been helping homeowners since 1983 and have simplified this process to be as seamless as possible.
Let’s find the loan program that’s right for you
Five steps of our homebuying process:
1
Pre-approval
We’ll help you determine what you can afford to buy after calculating your income, running your credit, and analyzing your assets.
2
Commitment
Once we have your contract and full credit package, your documents will be underwritten by one of our underwriters and you will be issued a conditional commitment. This will outline any additional documentation or information we may require.
3
Lock Your Interest Rate
We offer 15 to 75-day locks to all our borrowers. Based on the given market, your Loan Officer will guide you through which rate option will be the best for you.
4
Clear to Close
Ahh, the best three words of the mortgage process. Once we reach the finish line together, we will alert all parties that your loan is cleared to close and ready to schedule a closing.
5
Close
Ready for your housewarming party? We bet you are! It's now time to enjoy the home of your dreams! We cannot wait to get you to this point!
When it comes to bidding for a house, if you’re not first, you’re last.
