Patrick began his career working as a Runner at Chicago Board of Trade and successfully career-pathed to managing REFCO International’s Currency Desk, Eurodollar Futures, and Options while servicing accounts for global banks and Financial Service firms including Chase/J.P. Morgan, Royal Bank of Canada, and Merrill Lynch at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Patrick has always had an interest in Real Estate and became a Broker in 1997 with Century 21. He continues helping investors, renters and first-time homeowners find homes with the Keller Williams/ Frank Montro Realty team. Committed to the customer experience, Patrick focused on developing his Business to Business and Business to Consumer sales strategies by attending various Financial, Business Development, Real Estate, Customer Service and Leadership training seminars.
In 2015, Patrick joined PNC as a Mortgage Loan Originator. Shortly after completing his training, Patrick was recognized for ranking in the top 5% of closing ratios while maintaining a $7-10 million-dollar customer portfolio. In 2018, Patrick was recruited by Fay Mortgage and joined their team. Within months, Patrick transitioned to Constructive Loans, a new division as a Hard Money Lender that focuses on Short Term Fix & Flip, Bridge, Long Term Rental, and New Construction Loans for Single Family, Condominium, and Multi-Family properties in 45 states across the US.
Patrick is now a Mortgage Loan Originator at Hartford Funding Ltd. and continues to be a Top Producer that puts the customer experience at the forefront as Lending Consultant. He is well versed in marketing, selling, acquiring, negotiating, and securing financing while working for a commercial lender and as a real estate broker.
